Dynamic 3D laser projection positioning system
The laser projection positioning system uses virtual templates formed by laser lines to assist manual positioning and guide the paving operation process, replacing the traditional physical templates for measurement and positioning, which is a new type of paving positioning method that is efficient, clean, accurate and easy to use. Based on binocular vision technology, INNO-PROJECTOR can make image records and generate reports through dual cameras, making the whole paving process traceable. Its high-precision dynamic tracking technology, in order to meet the demand of static projection scenarios, but also fearless of workpiece displacement or workshop vibration, real-time tracking, real-time accurate projection.
The material contour is projected onto the mould as a bright laser line, which is clearly visible and allows quick alignment of the cut edges by human observation, facilitating timely adjustments.
The virtual template formed by the laser line replaces the physical template and is clean, unobstructed and easy to position.
The foreign object recognition function (FOD ) helps to quickly identify foreign objects dropped into the material during the lay-up process, signalled by a laser coil, reminding the operator to remove the foreign object and continue with the job, avoiding lay-up quality problems caused by foreign objects.
It supports multiple on-line work, which is convenient for multiple workstations to work at the same time in large-scale application scenarios; The multi-purpose function further enhances the efficiency of the projection system, while helping users to save equipment procurement costs as much as possible.

Functions of foreign object detection
If there is any debris left on the mould during the lay-up process, the projector will identify and project a quadrilateral of green laser coils to catch the foreign object, and at the same time the voice prompts the operator to "please remove the foreign object", and the operator can only continue after removing the foreign object.

The workpiece is tracked in real time by binocular vision. When the workpiece or the projector moves, the vision captures the position after the movement in real time and projects the laser line again to the correct position of the workpiece.
