3D Photogrammetry System

INNO-LOCATOR is used with the laser projection and positioning system INNO-PROJECTOR to achieve high precision projection of large size workpieces.

INNO-LOCATOR large space 3D photogrammetry system is widely applied to accurate 3D point coordinate measurement in such as automobile white body , aircraft fuselage and large structural components, assembly, large fixture and large forging and casting pieces. Its use is convenient and flexible without being limited by site. Moreover, with the combination of i3D Locate photogrammetry software, the accurate measurement of large objects will be easy to conduct for you.

INNO-LOCATOR

- Special camera with high resolution and precision calibration, two carbon fiber aircraft grade scale bars which have been certified, crossed reference and coded target. No power and USB cable are needed. It can construct high accurate 3D point coordinates points through 2D target points images.

- The accuracy can be up to 0.015mm/m with an average deviation of 0.005mm, based on VDI/VDE 2634 standard.

- The entire system is accompanied by a portable protection case.
- Its practical, economical and high precision characteristics enable users to easily accomplish high accurate measurement and positioning of large objects.

i3D locate software

i3D Locate is a software based on INNO3D software platform, used together with INNO-LOCATOR. With different accessories, the geometric features of objects can be easily measured.

Equipped with different accessories, INNO-LOCATOR can help
you measure the following geometric parameters with ease:

· Hole sites and edges;
· Diameter, length, angle and flatness, etc.;
· Reference alignment, RPS and best-fit alignment;
· Surface point cloud and surface sections;
· Color map deviation comparision between CAD and measured point cloud；
